Chef Stacey Carson hates big food. You won’t find her dishing up mountainous entrees seemingly designed to help you store fat for a nuclear winter. Instead, Carson follows the European sensibility of offering small portions of gorgeous, mouthwatering fare. Carson’s menu is also ever-changing. Nosh Arizona is a cozy wine bar, gastropub and craft beer watering station in the east valley. The cuisine of Nosh is based on a combination of Stacey’s travels overseas, her Italian upbringing and everything she has learned over the years and delivered with a passion for flavors and creativity.
While the food is the focus we try and keep it interesting at every level. Our hand crafted cocktails are one of kind and we even produce our own wine as Chandler’s only bonded winery.
